Salary:

$75,000 - $90,000 Manpower is partnering with a leading aerospace manufacturer in Hanover, PA to hire an experienced CNC Programmer . This direct hire opportunity offers the chance to work with advanced machining technology while supporting the production of high-precision aerospace components. Key Responsibilities Develop, test, and optimize CNC programs for precision-machined aerospace parts Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and customer specifications Utilize CAD/CAM software to create machining programs and tooling paths Troubleshoot CNC machining issues and recommend process improvements Perform quality checks and ensure parts meet required specifications Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste Train operators on CNC programs, machine setup, and best practices Develop inspection documentation and maintain accurate records Qualifications Minimum 3 years of CNC programming experience in a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of CNC controls, machining processes, mills, lathes, and grinders Experience with CAD/CAM systems and Statistical Process Control (SPC) Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications Must be a U.S. Person in compliance with ITAR regulations Our client offers Competitive salary of $75,000 - $90,000 Annual bonus eligibility Medical, dental, and vision insurance Safe Harbor 401(k) with company match PTO and company-paid life and disability insurance Temperature-controlled manufacturing environment Apply today through Manpower for immediate consideration!
