CNC Programmer $70k-$90k + Overtime + Training + Progression + Medical + Dental + Vision + Life Insurance + 401(k) + PTO + Relocation Assistance Hanover, PA (Commutable from: York, Gettysburg, Lancaster, Harrisburg, Westminster, Baltimore) Are you an experienced CNC Programmer looking to join a highly technical manufacturing environment where your skills are rewarded with strong earning potential, overtime, and genuine opportunities to progress? This is an excellent opportunity to join an established aerospace and industrial manufacturer producing highly engineered components for demanding applications. You'll work alongside experienced engineers, machinists, and quality professionals, playing a key role in developing CNC programs and improving manufacturing processes. With consistent overtime available, this role offers excellent earning potential while giving you the opportunity to further develop your CNC programming expertise within a highly specialized aerospace manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for developing, testing, and optimizing CNC programs, troubleshooting machining issues, improving tooling and processes, and ensuring precision components are manufactured to exacting quality standards. This role would suit a CNC Programmer or experienced CNC Machinist with strong programming and machining experience who wants to take their career and earning potential to the next level.
The Role:
Develop, test, and optimize CNC programs for precision components Program and troubleshoot CNC mills, lathes, grinders, and modern machining equipment Work with Engineering, Machining, and Quality teams to improve processes and efficiency Develop tooling, make machine offset adjustments, and support quality improvements
The Candidate:
