CNC Machinist / Programmer We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Machinist / Programmer to join a reputable precision manufacturing firm located in Irwin, PA. Position Details Location:
Irwin, PA Compensation:
$22.00 - $30.00 per hour, commensurate with your background
Hours:
Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30

Temp-to-Hire Benefits and Perks Remuneration that reflects your professional experience Consistent first-shift hours allowing for weekends off A reliable and steady manufacturing setting Access to modern and sophisticated CNC machinery Clear pathways for sustained professional advancement A collaborative environment that values team support Primary Duties Execute the setup, operation, and programming of CNC machining centers Manage machine changeovers and the preparation of necessary tooling Interpret complex blueprints, technical schematics, and production instructions Determine optimal tooling, feed rates, and speeds to ensure efficient machining Conduct initial part inspections and ongoing quality monitoring to maintain high standards Utilize precision measurement tools like micrometers, calipers, and various gauges Implement necessary program modifications and offset adjustments Identify and resolve machining challenges to help improve overall production efficiency Ensure all quality records and production logs are accurately maintained Help maintain a safe and orderly workspace for the entire team Required Qualifications Demonstrated history of success in CNC machining and programming Hands-on experience working with CNC lathes and milling machines Proficiency in analyzing technical drawings and blueprints Solid knowledge of machine setup and G-Code programming Comprehensive understanding of machining tolerances and standard practices Familiarity with CAD/CAM platforms like SolidWorks is highly desirable Exceptional focus on quality and minute details Capacity to contribute effectively both independently and within a team setting Preferred Background Experience with Haas milling and lathe equipment Background in operating CNC routers Proficiency in CAD/CAM programming Experience within a high-precision manufacturing facility Expertise in optimizing processes and selecting appropriate tooling Equal Opportunity We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
