CNC Programmer

Job Key Activities and Performance Indicators:

Reading and interpreting technical blueprints and design models. Mazak Integrex multiaxis experience Loading raw materials into the CNC machine. Inputting the product design into the computer modeling software. Choosing and loading the correct cutting tools for the job. Adjusting machine settings to the desired product specifications. Troubleshooting issues during the manufacturing process. Completing quality control tests during the manufacturing stage and on the final product. Cleaning and maintaining the machine.

Education and Experience:

High School diploma or

GED. 2-5

Years Previous CNC experience Basic reading and mathematical Blueprint reading is a must. GD&T preferred.

Skills and Competencies:

Dependable and can-do attitude required. Ability to problem solve and work under pressure a plus. Candidate must be comfortable working in an industrial environment. Reliable transportation to be at work at scheduled time 2nd or 3rd shift availability
