Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated CNC Machinist/Programmer to join our team. We are looking for folks who have experience with CAD/CAM software and are comfortable on Doosan lathes and/or Haas mills. We offer flexibility with 4 day, 10 hour/day shifts. In this role, you will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating advanced CNC machinery to produce precision-engineered components. We are AS9100 certified and hope you are motivated to develop your skillset alongisde us. Responsibilities Interpret mechanical blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings with a strong understanding Select appropriate tooling and fixtures for machining operations, ensuring optimal performance and safety. Conduct precision measurements using bore gauges, dial indicators, calipers, and other measurement instruments to verify part dimensions and quality standards. Troubleshoot machining issues related to geometry, tooling wear, or machine calibration; perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment. Skills Experience programming CNC machines using Fanuc controls; familiarity with other control systems is a plus. Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and CATIA for design interpretation and modification. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes including CNC lathe and milling operations Ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints, schematics, and schematics with precision measurement instruments. Skilled in the setup of machining tools and fixtures; understanding of tooling selection for various materials.
