Growing small business in search of a CNC machinist and programmer to meet needs for prototyping and production. We have a flexible atmosphere, great location, and work on a wide variety of products & industries

The candidate will be responsible for manufacturing components, start to finish, for industries such as aerospace, government funded research, cryogenics, rotating machinery, and power generation. We've recently moved to a nice, new location, which has air conditioning and heating throughout :) The ideal candidate will be able to grab the reigns and operate autonomously on single or short run manufacturing

• spec'ing, programming, setup, machining, inspecting. We are looking for experienced candidates, however still encourage any interested parties to apply. We are willing to train the right candidate, but you must have a good attitude, be willing to learn, and most importantly maintain a clean & organized workspace. You will have a wide variety of equipment and tools at your disposal
• we have various CNC machines, manual machines, and fabrication equipment operated under a small staff.

In addition to performing programming & machining, the candidate may responsible for other activities such as: shop & equipment maintenance, tooling/materials specification, and prototype assembly. We take cleanliness seriously, the candidate must work in a clean, organized and precise manner. This position is a standard day shift, operating during regular business hours, Monday through Friday. We have a flexible time policy which permits leaving at noon on Fridays. Pay will be commensurate with experience and required level of training. Required:

• Experience in CNC & manual milling
• Experience in CNC & manual turning
• Experience with CAD/CAM software and programming g-code
• Experience using measurement equipment: caliper, micrometers, pin gauges, etc...
• Ability to understand technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail
• Excels at maintaining a clean and organized workspace
• Self Motivated and able to work well in a dynamic environment
