CNC Swiss Programmer |Star SR Series| Medical Device Manufacturing $35-$45/hour + Overtime + Shift Differentials +

$95,000 - $120,000+ Acero Precision is seeking an experienced CNC Swiss Programmer to program, setup, and optimize Star Swiss lathes producing high-precision medical device components. If you have experience developing processes, programming Swiss machines, troubleshooting production issues, and supporting machinists in a precision manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you! Additional 30% Weekend premium pay opportunities Relocation assistance available Climate-controlled manufacturing facility Modern Swiss machining and 5-axis manufacturing environment Medical device manufacturing with complex, high-precision work 401 (k) with employer match Multiple health insurance plan options Dental and vision coverage Paid uniforms 100 hours PTO during first year 7 paid holidays Employee Assistance Program Wellness Coach Program What You'll Do Program, setup, and optimize Star Swiss lathes for production Develop manufacturing processes for tight-tolerance medical device components Create and modify CNC programs using CAD/CAM software Troubleshoot machining issues and improve cycle times Select tooling, establish cutting parameters, and optimize machine performance Interpret blueprints, GD&T, and engineering drawings Support machinists and production personnel during setup and production runs Validate processes through first article inspections and process verification Machine precision components from stainless, titanium, aluminum, plastics, and specialty alloys What You Bring 5+ years of CNC Swiss programming and setup expererience Experience programming Swiss-style lathes with Fanuc controls Experience with Star Swiss machines or comparable Swiss platforms Strong blueprint reading and GD&T skills Experience with PartMaker, Mastercam, CAMWorks, or similar CAD/CAM software Strong knowledge of tooling, feeds, speeds, and Swiss machining processes Ability to troubleshoot and improve machining performance Strong understanding of quality inspection methods Preferred Experience Medical device manufacturing Aerospace manufacturing Military/Defense manufacturing PartMaker software Macro programming Process development Tooling design Join a team that invests in advanced manufacturing technology, precision craftsmanship, and continuous improvement.
