Job Description

Core Responsibilities1.
CNC PROGRAMMING & PROCESS DEVELOPMENT
Create CNC programs using CAD/CAM software Develop machining strategies Convert drawings and models into production-ready programs Select tooling and machining processes 2.
SETUP, PROVE-OUT & PRODUCTION RELEASE
Perform machine setups Run first articles Prove out new programs Validate dimensions and tolerances Troubleshoot machining issues Release jobs into production 3.
MANUFACTURING SUPPORT
Provide technical support to machinists Support engineering changes Troubleshoot production challenges Improve manufacturing processes Optimize cycle times and efficiency
QUALIFICATIONS CNC
programming experience CAD/CAM experience Setup experience First article experience Blueprint reading Troubleshooting ability Production support experience

Shift Available Compensation:
$95,000•120,000 annually or $35.00•45.00 per hour
