We combine software, robotics, and manufacturing processes into a replicable system that we are copying and pasting across the country. By doing so, we are reindustrializing America's most critical supply chains with faster, cheaper, and higher quality manufacturing. We're launching our mission with our first facility in Austin, Texas. Here we are designing the systems that will be replicated in factories across the country. Even is backed by leading investors that have conviction in our ability to rebuild the US industrial base, including Khosla Ventures, Quiet Capital, Link Ventures, and Alumni Ventures Role Description We're looking for an experienced CNC Programmer/Machinist that has experience with AS9100, Siemens NX, and is capable of simultaneous 5-axis programming. This person knows what it means to program tight-tolerance components in world class machines and execute production on the floor. This is a ground-floor role with direct influence over how our shop runs and evolves. Qualifications 5+ years using Siemens NX to program 5-axis parts for complex aerospace components Able to program 3+2 as well as simultaneous 5-axis programming Hands-on machining skills: loading parts, running machines, and performing post-process inspection Experience integrating probing routines, tabbing, tool life management, and in-process gauging into production workflows to meet GD&T requirements and AS9100 standards
