Job Description
Job Summary Use Mastercam software to create CNC mill programs. Setup mill machine with Fanuc control and run it. Help other lathe operators to setup machine or troubleshoot the problem. Fanuc control. Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC mill machines to perform various machining operations
- Read and interpret blueprints to understand product specifications
- Monitor machine operations to ensure products meet quality standards
- Make adjustments to machine settings as needed
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment Skills
- Proficiency in operating CNC machines, specifically mills 4
- axis
- Knowledge of basic math and mechanical principles
- Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience with tools such as manual machines, milling machines, and forklifts is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
