Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Detail Painter to join our team. As a Detail Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint and other finishes to various surfaces, ensuring high-quality results. This position also needs to follow a set pace per project to meet manufacturing and shipping deadlines.

Duties:

• Prepare surfaces for painting by removing old paint, filling holes and cracks, and sanding surfaces
• Mix paint to achieve desired colors and textures
• Apply paint or other finishes using brushes or spray equipment
• Ensure proper coverage and smooth application of paint
• Use various techniques to create decorative finishes such as faux painting or texture painting
• Repair damaged surfaces and perform touch-ups as needed
• Follow safety protocols and use protective equipment when working with hazardous materials
• Clean and maintain painting equipment and tools
• Great time management
• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time

Skills:

• Excellent understanding of different types of paints, finishes, and their applications
• Experience with hand tools used in painting projects
• Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality workmanship
