Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team, specializing in auto body repair. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in vehicle maintenance and painting, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. This role requires proficiency in various painting techniques and tools, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking areas as needed. Perform auto body repairs, including dent removal and surface restoration. Utilize power tools and hand tools for various tasks related to vehicle maintenance and detailing. Conduct buffing and polishing of painted surfaces to achieve desired shine and clarity. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high standards of quality. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Requirements As an Experienced Painter, you'll be expected to be highly skilled in painting (base coats, tri-coats, solid, metallic, and clear coats), blending adjacent panels, and paint correcting vehicles. Previous experience in auto body repair, painting, or related fields is highly desirable. Strong mechanical knowledge and experience with vehicle maintenance are essential.
