Job Description Trade Management is seeking experienced Industrial Painters to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and coating structural steel, piping, equipment, and fabricated assemblies in an industrial manufacturing environment.
Industrial Painter Responsibilities:
Prepare metal surfaces by sanding, grinding, cleaning, and blasting Apply primers and finish coatings using spray systems, rollers, and brushes Mix coatings and maintain proper coating thickness to specifications Operate airless and conventional spray equipment Inspect completed work for quality and correct coating defects
Industrial Painter Qualifications:
Previous industrial painting experience required Experience with epoxy, urethane, and other industrial coatings Familiarity with spray equipment and paint booth operations Ability to read work orders, drawings, and coating specifications Strong attention to detail and quality Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Must be comfortable working on ladders or elevated platforms
NACE/SSPC
