Overview Join our dynamic automotive team as an Entry-Level Auto Painter and kickstart your career in box truck refurbishment and finishing! This exciting role offers hands-on experience in box truck body painting, detailing, and repair processes, providing a solid foundation for future growth in the automotive industry. Duties Prepare truck for painting by sanding, masking, and cleaning surfaces to ensure optimal paint adhesion Apply primer, base coats, clear coats, and touch-up paint using HVLP paint spraying equipment and hand tools Assist with body repairs including , panels, corner caps and into minor welding tasks Use power tools and hand tools safely to perform vehicle maintenance tasks and minor repairs Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times Skills Previous dealership or auto body shop experience is highly preferred but not required; eagerness to learn is essential Basic welding skills and mechanical knowledge are advantageous for supporting repairs and restorations, but not required Familiarity with painting techniques such as HVLP spray systems and finishing methods Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and auto-specific equipment safely and efficiently Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with team members and clients when needed Physical ability for heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and working in various environmental conditions 1 Year Min.
