Job Description

Aircraft Paint Supervisor's We are looking for Aircraft Paint Supervisor's to lead small aircraft paint teams in several locations within our company. We have multiple opportunities within the state and across the country.
Job Description:
Under the guidance of Senior Management, the Aircraft Paint Supervisor's will oversee the day-to-day production processes of complete strip and paint projects, ensuring quality workmanship, adherence to safety regulations, and efficient workflow. The ideal candidate must be someone with excellent leadership skills, and a dedication to delivering superior results. We do operate with government contracts it mandates that all our candidates be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day processes of the aircraft paint worksite, adhering to production schedule & driving workflow management.
  • Oversee a team of painters/technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in aircraft painting.
  • Follow and implement provided standard operating procedures (SOPs) for aircraft painting processes.
  • Coordinate with other departments to meet project deadlines and customer requirements.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain workflow efficiency.
  • Conduct quality inspections to ensure that finished aircraft meets industry standards and customer expectations.
  • Troubleshoot issues and resolve any problems that arise during the painting process.
Qualifications:
  • Senior level paint and layout experience w/ 5 + years of experience, preferred.
  • Quality driven with superior attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in paint mixing and other aircraft painting equipment.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must be able to read, write and communicate in the English language.
  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Computer experience with Outlook, MO365/Office gives you a leg up.
  • Pass a pre-hire drug test & background check, we are under an FAA program no recreational or medical marijuana allowed.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Frequent use of ladders and scaffolding. Prolonged periods of standing, bending, and reaching. Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights. Manual dexterity to operate painting equipment and tools. Must adhere to safety protocols and wear protective gear as required.
Salary & Benefits:
  • Range $66,560.00
  • $83,200.00 annually
  • 100% Employer Paid Benefit package upon eligibility
