Santa Fe Springs, CA Shift:

Monday-Friday (6am-2:30pm) w/OT!

Pay:

$25

•30hr Experience Required 3-7 years of painting experience

REQUIRED!

(No entry level candidates will be considered) Industrial or similar high-performance coating experience preferred but not a deal breaker Comfortable working independently after direction is given Reliable and open to overtime and occasional Saturdays when needed Core Responsibilities Apply coatings using: Airless spray systems Pressure pots Spray guns Rollers and brushes Prepare surfaces for painting: Sanding and cleaning blasted surfaces Sanding and cleaning previously painted surfaces Masking areas not to be painted Perform routine quality checks and touch-ups: Runs, sags, under-spray, scratches Verifying proper cure Follow job specifications and coating requirements Understand and follow PDS and MSDS guidelines Track daily paint usage and report to the office Assist with testing when required: DFT, WFT, Holiday testing (training available if needed) Maintain paint equipment and work area: Clean spray equipment after use Keep paint and booth areas clean and organized Properly dispose of paint and solvents Additional Plus Willingness to assist with sandblasting operations when needed Prior sandblasting experience is a plus, not required Qualifications Experience with airless, HVLP, and gravity feed spray systems General understanding of coatings and surface prep Basic mechanical aptitude for equipment maintenance Dependable transportation Available for overtime and occasional
