Assist in preparing furnace loads based on material type and quantity Verify piece counts and check part straightness before and after heat treatment Perform cold and hot straightening when needed Conduct hardness testing and inspections on forged materials Monitor furnace operations and support heat treatment processes Apply identification marks and inspect the final surface of forged parts before shipment
