Responsibilities:

Surface Prep:

Clean, sand, and prime machinery parts to ensure a flawless base.

Paint Application:

Operate both air and airless sprayers with precision and care.

Color Matching:

Mix paints to match custom color specifications.

Detail Work:

Apply coatings using professional techniques for a durable, high-quality finish.

Quality Control:

Inspect finished surfaces and perform any necessary touch-ups to maintain top-tier standards.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years in industrial painting, machinery painting, or auto body repair.

Technical Skills:

Proficient with sprayers, brushes, and other painting equipment.

Product Knowledge:

Familiarity with a range of paints, primers, and coatings.

Blueprint Literacy:

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
