Full Job Description Job Title:
Powder Coater Duties:
- Prepare surfaces for powder coating by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary
- Operate and maintain powder coating equipment, including airless paint sprayers and power tools
- Apply powder coating to various metal parts and components using appropriate techniques
- Ensure proper adhesion and coverage of powder coating on surfaces
- Monitor and adjust equipment settings to achieve desired finish and quality
- Inspect finished products for defects or imperfections and make necessary touch-ups or rework as needed
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
- Experience in powder coating or related field preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, lean manufacturing environment
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive tasks
