Trade Team is currently seeking experienced Blaster/Painter professionals to join our team for immediate openings in Pascagoula, MS. This position offers the opportunity to work in a shipyard setting. The role is essential in ensuring high-quality coatings, surface protection, and aesthetic finishes that meet project specifications and safety standards. Candidates must be available for immediate start and willing to work with per diem arrangements to support project needs if you qualify. $34 HOUR / $147 PER DIEM Minimum 3 or more years' experience as a painter/blaster. Be able perform all blast requirements and functions utilizing all applications. - Identify and correct blast and paint deficiencies as required by the contract specifications. Testing will consist of the ability to hook up airlines to the manifold and spray horizontal, vertical and side to side. - Able to sand blast and demonstrate how to utilize each part of the blast equipment. Must be able to pass a HFT and Background check to be eligible.
