Key Responsibilities:

Prepare exterior surfaces through pressure washing, patching, sanding, masking, and priming Apply Texcote® Coolwall® coatings using approved methods (spray, roll, brush) with precision and care Ensure proper texture, color consistency, and adherence to application standards Maintain clean and safe job sites throughout the project Perform quality control checks and final walkthroughs Work closely with project managers to meet timelines and expectations

Requirements:

Must complete the official Texcote® application training class before beginning work (Sunbelt Sponsored).
