Job Description:

The Company is looking for a looking for a Sandblaster/Painter who will work in a fast-paced environment and shares the company's commitment to continuous improvement. This role will work throughout the state of Florida.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Surface preparation Mixing and applying paint or coatings Operating sandblasting equipment to clean or texture surfaces Handling industrial-grade paints and coatings Understanding and performing proper masking procedures Ensuring adequate ventilation during work processes Completing thorough cleanup procedures after tasks Using respirators during sandblasting and painting to protect against airborne particles and fumes Can troubleshoot blast pot and paint mixers Must work at heights Takes direction from Foreman. Must understand and blast to industry standards
