• What You'll Do
• As an Industrial Painter, you'll play a key role in delivering top-quality finished products by: + Preparing parts and components for painting through cleaning, sanding, masking, and surface preparation.

+ Applying paint and protective coatings according to customer specifications and quality standards. + Inspecting finished products to ensure a professional appearance and exceptional workmanship. + Identifying and tracking parts accurately using work orders and production documentation. + Maintaining a clean, safe work environment and following all safety procedures and PPE requirements.

• Qualifications:

• + High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

+ Previous experience in industrial painting, manufacturing, production, powder coating, automotive body shop, or a related field preferred. + Vocational training or painting certification is a plus. + Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and comfortably stand, bend, kneel, and move throughout the shift. + Positive attitude, reliability, and strong teamwork skills.
