Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or imperfections. Apply paints, varnishes, and other coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. Operate power tools and equipment safely and effectively. Follow lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflow and reduce waste. Assist in construction painting projects, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standards. Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues with equipment or materials. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within scope.

What You Need:

Must have reliable transportation! Able to lift 10-50 lbs. (Based on assignment) and be on your feet during the shift Dependable, punctual, and ready to work 1-2 Years of Painting Experience Preferred.
