Kentwood, MI Pay:

$17-21/ hr, depending on experience Are you an experienced painter looking for a hands-on role in a manufacturing environment? We're seeking a detail-oriented Industrial Painter to join our team. If you have experience working in a paint booth and take pride in delivering high-quality finishes, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

Inspect products before painting to ensure quality standards will be met Apply wet-coat paint finishes in a paint booth environment Prepare products for painting, including washing and surface preparation Mix paints accurately according to specifications Perform quality checks, including adhesion testing and finish inspection Maintain paint equipment, booth cleanliness, and department organization Follow all safety procedures and housekeeping standards Help identify and troubleshoot paint application issues

What We're Looking For:

1+ year of paint booth experience preferred Experience painting aluminum products is highly preferred (non-robotic/non-production line painting) Knowledge of Sherwin-Williams paint systems or similar coating systems is a plus Understanding of color management and paint mixing processes Ability to use testing equipment and understand paint quality standards Basic computer skills High School Diploma or GED Strong attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement Why Join Us?
