Metal Arc is hiring a full-time Powder Coat Painter for our 3rd shift manufacturing team in Muskegon, MI. Competitive pay, steady overnight hours, benefits, and overtime opportunities available. This position works four 10-hour overnight shifts beginning Monday night, giving employees a consistent three-day weekend each week. This position involves powder coating steel furniture components while ensuring consistent finish quality, proper coverage, and production efficiency. Responsibilities include : Powder coating steel laboratory and office furniture components Ensuring even, consistent coating and finish quality Reading and identifying color indicators and finish requirements Selecting and applying proper powder coat colors and finishes Operating spray equipment and related paint line tools Inspecting products for defects or quality concerns Maintaining clean and organized work areas Reporting quality or production issues to supervisor

Qualifications:

Comfortable using spray equipment and hand tools Attention to detail and pride in workmanship Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
