Welder:

Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, masking, grinding, and blasting as required Apply industrial coatings using spray equipment and other application methods Mix paint and coatings according to specifications and manufacturer guidelines Ensure proper coating thickness, coverage, and finish quality Inspect finished products for defects such as runs, drips, or inconsistencies Follow safety procedures related to hazardous materials, PPE, and ventilation requirements Maintain painting equipment, spray booths, and work areas in a clean and safe condition Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and coating specifications Work collaboratively with welders, fabricators, and supervisors to meet production schedules What You Need to Bring to the

Welder Role:

Previous industrial or manufacturing painting experience Knowledge of surface preparation techniques and coating applications Ability to safely operate spray guns, sanders, grinders, and related equipment Basic math and measurement skills Strong attention to detail and quality Reliable attendance and ability to work scheduled shifts Experience painting tanks, pressure vessels, or heavy industrial equipment is preferred Familiarity with epoxy, urethane, or other industrial coating systems is preferred Ready to Apply?
