•35 per hour, depending on experience Altec Products is looking for an experienced part-time automotive painter to assist with painting small automotive accessory components. This is an ideal position for an experienced painter looking to pick up additional flexible hours without committing to a full-time schedule. The painting workload will typically be completed one day per week , with occasional weeks requiring a second day depending on production needs. We are very flexible with scheduling. Painting can be completed during normal business hours, mornings, evenings, or split between a couple of days during the week. We provide the paint booth, paint, materials, equipment, and supplies necessary to complete the work. Responsibilities Prep and paint small automotive and powersports accessory components Mix and apply automotive paint and coatings Maintain consistent color, coverage, and finish quality Complete multiple small production pieces efficiently Maintain a clean and organized painting/work area Inspect finished components for proper appearance and quality Order Required materials as needed on Altec account. Qualifications Previous automotive painting or similar professional painting experience preferred Experience with automotive paint systems and spray equipment Ability to properly prep and finish a variety of small parts Strong attention to detail and finish quality Ability to work independently Dependable and able to complete scheduled production work Schedule This is a very flexible part-time position . We anticipate approximately 1-2 days per week , depending on workload. We can work around another full-time job or existing schedule. Hours may be completed during the day, early mornings, evenings, or divided between multiple days.
