Duties Prepare surfaces thoroughly by cleaning, sanding, caulking, plastering, and priming to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality Apply paint using brushes, rollers, spray guns (including airless and conventional spray systems), and other hand tools with precision and efficiency Interpret technical drawings, color schemes based on color theory, and project specifications to achieve desired aesthetic outcomes Conduct surface testing for structural integrity and ensure proper surface preparation for construction painting or renovation projects Use ladders, scaffolding, and power tools safely to reach high or hard-to-access areas while adhering to all safety regulations and respiratory protection protocols Perform coating applications on various surfaces such as stucco, masonry, fixtures, trim carpentry, and structural elements in residential or commercial settings Assist with construction estimating by assessing materials needed for projects and providing accurate cost evaluations when required Experience Experience in construction site painting including residential painting, commercial painting, industrial coating applications, or restoration projects Skilled in surface preparation techniques such as plastering, masonry work, caulking, frame carpentry, and fixture installation Familiarity with construction estimating processes and interpreting technical drawings or specifications Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, paint sprayers (including airless spray systems), roller painting, brush work, and safety equipment usage Knowledge of safety regulations related to construction painting environments including respiratory protection and proper handling of hazardous materials Ability to work at heights using ladders or scaffolding safely while maintaining quality standards Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to project scope and material quantities Join us in delivering exceptional craftsmanship that transforms spaces!
