Duties/Responsibilities:
Handle a paint gun Be able to handle pressure of strict deadlines Must pass a vision test to maintain Aludec quality part production Must be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with changes in temperature Be willing to learn and follow Aludec painting techniques to comply with Aludec quality protocols Will follow process cards Other duties assigned by supervisor/manager
Education and Experience:
High School graduate or G.E.D. and/or equivalent work experience desired. Must be able to take direction from supervisors. Must be reliable to come to work and have a reliable form of transportation.
Essential Physical Demands/Work Environment:
This position requires individuals to constantly be on their feet for the majority of the shift. They must be able to stand for long periods of time, sit, walk, push, pull, bend, climb, and abe able to move/lift up to 20 pounds regularly. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee should be able to tolerate high and low temperature levels. The employee is occasionally exposed to extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is low to moderately loud.
