97 per hour (includes $1.30/hour shift differential) Position Summary The Intermediate Painter is responsible for operating various stages of the painting process, including hanging, unloading, pre-staging, masking, and painting parts. This role plays a critical part in ensuring products meet high-quality standards before completion. Key Responsibilities Perform hanging, unloading, pre-staging, masking, and painting operations. Follow established procedures, production plans, and work instructions. Maintain paint equipment in proper operating condition. Perform color changes and part caulking as required. Operate paint booth controls and support painting operations. Troubleshoot paint-related issues and make process adjustments. Identify paint defects and recommend corrective actions. Maintain quality and productivity standards. Support continuous improvement efforts within the paint process. Qualifications 2-4 years of related painting, manufacturing, or industrial experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to troubleshoot issues and resolve problems independently. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Physical Requirements Stand for up to 90% of the shift. Frequent bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching. Lift up to 45 pounds regularly. Average part weight is 5-15 pounds. Good manual dexterity required. Pay Details:
