What You'll Do as a

Paint Prep Associate:

Prepare interior and exterior surfaces for painting by washing, scraping, sanding, and cleaningRemove old caulking and apply new caulking as needed before paintingOperate painting and paint preparation equipment according to work instructionsAssist with taping, masking, and surface preparation activitiesFollow strict company and regulatory safety procedures at all timesInspect surfaces and completed work to ensure quality standards are metMaintain a clean and organized work area What You Need to Bring to the
