Updated 08/28/2026 Job Description Job Summary Surface preparation: Clean, sand, and mask aircraft surfaces to prepare them for painting, and remove old paint or other coatings as needed. Paint application: Mix paints and primers to the correct color and consistency, and apply them using spray guns, brushes, or rollers to achieve a smooth, uniform finish. Quality control: Inspect the finished work to ensure it meets all company and regulatory standards for quality, thickness, and appearance.
Customization:
Apply logos, lettering, or other designs according to blueprints and specifications. Maintenance and safety: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, keep equipment in good condition, and comply with all safety procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Requirements Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and hand-eye coordination are essential. Familiarity with various painting techniques and equipment is necessary.
