Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Painter 1st Shift to join their team. As a Painter 1st Shift, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the painting and finishing processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong work ethic, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift:

Monday - Thursday 6am - 4:30pm with OT potential on Fridays Contract position for 3 months What's the Job? Perform production powder coating and wet spray painting on various parts Mix paint and prepare parts for painting, including masking and washing Load and unload parts from the paint line efficiently and safely Organize parts by color scheme to streamline production workflow Maintain accurate production paperwork and ensure quality standards are met What's Needed? Physical ability to stand, bend, twist, turn, and lift up to 30 lbs. frequently Sufficient reading and writing skills to follow work instructions and prepare reports Good visual acuity (corrected) for reading instructions, operating equipment, and inspecting parts Manual dexterity to operate painting equipment properly Ability to meet respiratory requirements through spirometry testing What's in it for me?
