1st Shift — Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM (OT potential on Fridays)

Professional references Ability to meet physical demands of the role Must complete a respirator fit test when selected Must meet Spirometry (respiratory) test requirements per doctor evaluation Job Summary This role supports a fast‑paced production environment performing powder coating, wet spray painting, paint mixing, part preparation, and paint‑line operations. Candidates must be detail‑oriented, safety‑focused, and comfortable working with tools, machinery, and repetitive production tasks. Essential Functions Perform powder coating and wet spray painting Mix paint and prepare materials Mask, wash, load, and unload parts on the paint line Organize production flow by color scheme Maintain accurate production paperwork Keep work area clean and organized Follow all safety rules and quality standards Ensure all finished work meets quality expectations Qualifications Ability to stand, bend, twist, turn, and lift up to 30 lbs frequently Ability to read and follow work order instructions Basic writing skills to complete simple production reports Visual acuity (corrected) sufficient for machine operation and part inspection Manual dexterity to operate painting and coating equipment Must meet respirator and spirometry testing requirements
