CertaPro Painters of Salisbury/Concord/Gastonia is seeking an organized, personable Field Inspector to oversee painting projects, support our crews, and deliver a great customer experience. This is a hands-on field leadership role for someone who understands painting, communicates well, and takes ownership of keeping projects on track.
PAINTING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
You won't be painting, but since you'll be managing projects, crews, quality, and customer expectations, hands-on industry knowledge is important. If you're an experienced painter who's ready to put down the brush but still wants to use your industry knowledge, this is a great next step. You'll have the opportunity to build your project management skills, take on increasing responsibility, and grow into our higher-level Project Manager role. Compensation $75-$85K Expected first year earnings = $55K base salary plus performance bonus = $75-85K Additional performance-based bonus opportunities Opportunity to move up in our company - we promote from within.
