Applies primers, coatings, and finishing coats to fabricated parts and equipment using specialized spray guns. Mixing and matching colors and coatings to meet specific job requirements. Selecting and utilizing appropriate abrasives (e.g., grit, shot, sand) based on the material. Cleans and maintains paint guns, spray booths, pumps, and hoses to ensure proper functionality. Follow safety procedures, operating scaffolding/ladders safely, and cleaning tools and work areas after completion. Adhering to OSHA safety standards, using PPE (respirators, suits), and managing hazardous materials.
