Job Description
Job Overview On Point Powder Coating is looking for a hardworking, dependable team member to join our shop. This position focuses on sandblasting and preparing metal parts for powder coating. No experience is necessary—we're willing to train the right person. If you have automotive, mechanical, fabrication, or construction experience, that's a plus. Responsibilities Sandblast metal parts to prepare them for powder coating Clean, mask, and hang parts for production Load and unload customer parts and materials Keep the shop clean and organized Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE Assist with other shop duties as needed Requirements Able to lift up to 50 lbs. Reliable with a strong work ethic Comfortable working in a fast-paced shop environment Mechanical or automotive experience is a plus, but not required Willingness to learn and grow No experience? No problem. We provide on-the-job training for the right candidate with a positive attitude and willingness to work.
