•$30 based on experience Temp-to-Hire Opportunity! We are seeking an experienced Powder Coating Technician to join their manufacturing team. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys producing quality work, takes pride in attention to detail, and is willing to help wherever needed. Responsibilities Sandblast, clean, tape, and prepare parts for coating Rack parts and apply powder coating Perform quality inspections after curing Maintain proper chemical tank concentrations Complete production paperwork and work orders Follow all safety and quality procedures Assist with shipping, shop cleaning, and other duties as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred 2+ years of powder coating experience preferred Experience operating powder coating equipment Basic computer skills for data entry and work orders Ability to read a tape measure and use basic measuring tools Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Preferred Experience Parker Ionics Powder Spray Systems Kremlin Wet Spray Systems Forklift and overhead crane operation Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Frequent standing, walking, bending, and material handling Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and noise levels
