Shift:

1st Shift, 6:00am-2:30pm,

Monday-Friday Rate:

$20.00-$26.00 (based on experience)

Duties and Responsibilities:

Inspect items before, during, and after painting to ensure quality. Cover areas where paint is not needed using tape, wrap, or other materials. Follow instructions to mix paints, select tools, and prepare materials for the job. Check paint thickness and uniformity before final coating or curing. Use spray painting equipment to apply an even, high-quality finish, and touch up as needed. Clean tools, equipment, and the workspace after painting. Safely move items to and from the work area using appropriate tools or equipment. Track work progress and follow all EPA standards and guidelines. Uphold FMD's core values of integrity, velocity, and teamwork in all tasks. Be open to cross-training and assist with other duties as requested by the manager.

Qualifications and Educational Requirements:

2+ years' experience Industrial painting preferred. Ability to read manufacturing drawings. Experience working with MIL-Specs (military specifications). US Citizen Valid Driver's License High School Diploma (Preferred) or GED
