Industrial Painter

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Industrial Painter to join our team. This role is responsible for applying high-quality coatings to industrial parts and components using spray equipment. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with paint guns, liquid painting processes, and a strong attention to detail to ensure a high-quality finish. Key Responsibilities Apply coatings using spray guns and other painting equipment Perform liquid painting on metal or industrial components Apply ceramic coatings according to specifications Prepare surfaces by cleaning, masking, and prepping parts prior to painting Inspect finished products to ensure quality and consistency Assist with assembly of painted components as needed Maintain painting equipment and work area in clean, working condition Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE Qualifications Prior experience using a paint gun / spray equipment required Experience with liquid painting in a manufacturing or industrial setting Familiarity with ceramic coatings preferred Ability to read and follow work instructions Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment Schedule Full-time Overtime may be required based on production needs IND2
