This position requires nationwide travel, with projects typically lasting 3-6 weeks away from home. What You'll Do As a Foreman, you'll lead crews performing industrial sandblasting and protective coating projects across the United States. You'll be responsible for keeping projects moving safely, efficiently, and with the quality our customers expect.
Your Responsibilities Include:
Lead, mentor, and supervise field crews Plan daily work activities and assign work based on crew strengths Maintain a safe, organized, and productive job site Ensure production schedules and quality standards are achieved Communicate daily with Project Managers and Site Leadership Complete daily reports, material tracking, and job documentation Troubleshoot blasting and coating equipment when needed Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs Serve as the primary contact between the customer, management, and your crew Travel throughout the United States and work away from home for 3-6 weeks at a time What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who leads by example—not from the truck. Required Qualifications 5+ years of industrial sandblasting and coating experience 2+ years leading field crews Experience managing safe, efficient job sites Experience operating airless and conventional spray equipment (plural component experience is a plus) Ability to troubleshoot blasting and coating equipment Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Safety-first mindset with a strong work ethic Basic computer skills for reports and documentation English proficiency for safety training and job communication Valid driver's license with a clean 5-year driving record Reliable transportation to and from our office Willingness to travel nationwide
