We're a busy industrial coatings shop near Tulsa. We spray protective coatings — zincs, epoxies, polyurethanes — on industrial steel like heat exchangers, vessels, pipe spools, and structural steel. We're looking for an experienced painter who can run a sprayer and hit spec. Steady, year-round work with real room to grow your pay. What you'll earn: $21.00-$27.00/hr depending on experience and skill $500/month production bonus — our crew has hit it every month for the past 2 years. That's about $2.85/hr extra Our top painters earn $27/hr base, and raises are always on the table as you take on tougher work — mixing multi-part coatings, coating tall vessels clean, managing equipment and shop conditions Benefits (full-time): Two paid 15-minute breaks daily, plus a 30-minute unpaid lunch Paid holidays after 90 days: Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Simple IRA retirement plan One week paid vacation after 1 year $100/year boot allowance All protective equipment supplied What the job takes: Real spray experience — you'll demonstrate on a conventional pot sprayer before we hire (required); airless experience is a plus Mixing and thinning multi-component coatings (epoxies, polyurethanes, zincs) correctly Hitting wet and dry mil-thickness specs on big and small industrial steel Working at height on rolling ladders and scaffolding to coat tall vessels and equipment Wearing supplied PPE and taking good care of the spray equipment Working well on a team What we need from you: Reliable transportation to work Show up on time (day shift, Mon-Fri, 7:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m. year-round) Willing to work overtime — it's usually needed Spanish is a plus — our shop runs bilingual and it helps on the floor How to apply: Apply right here on Indeed.
