We are a growing precision machine shop specializing in high-quality components for a variety of industries. We're looking for a skilled Industrial Painter to join our production team and help maintain our high standards.

What You'll Do:

Prepare metal surfaces for painting (cleaning, sanding, masking, etc.) Apply coatings using spray equipment (liquid paint, primers, finishes) Mix paints and coatings to proper specifications Inspect finished parts for quality, coverage, and defects Maintain paint equipment and ensure proper operation Follow safety procedures and proper handling of materials Work closely with production and quality teams to meet deadlines What's In It for

Have:

Previous industrial painting or coating experience Experience working in a manufacturing or machine shop environment Knowledge of surface prep and finishing techniques Ability to read and follow work instructions

The Musts:

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Attention to detail and quality standards Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Commitment to safety and proper PPE usage

Preferred:

Experience with spray guns and different coating systems Familiarity with metal finishing processes Forklift experience Basic blueprint reading or shop experience
