Kelly® Professional & Industrial is hiring Industrial Painters for Jerr-Dan, an Oshkosh company that manufactures towing and recovery equipment used around the world. Entry-level and experienced candidates welcome! No high school diploma or GED required! Why Apply? $1,500 Sign-On Bonus paid in 3 installments during your first year $21.00-$24.65/hour + $1.75 shift differential 1st & 2nd shifts available Overtime opportunities, typically Fridays & Saturdays Healthcare benefits & 401(k) Vacation & holiday pay Paid volunteer time Career development opportunities Production bonuses Unlimited $200 referral bonuses What You'll Do As an Industrial Painter, you'll prepare and paint towing and recovery equipment using spray equipment and other painting tools.
Responsibilities include:
Prime, paint, and touch up vehicles and components Mix and apply various paints and coatings Mask and prepare surfaces for painting Sand, wash, and condition parts as needed Perform light bodywork when required Apply decals, stencils, and rust-proofing Clean and maintain painting equipment Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met Move parts and assemblies using carts, forklifts, or overhead cranes Maintain a safe and clean work area What We're Looking For 6+ months of automotive, heavy equipment, industrial, or manufacturing painting experience Basic mechanical aptitude Strong math skills Ability to troubleshoot and work with minimal supervision 1+ year of painting experience preferred Ready to put your painting skills to work?
