Pay Range:
$25/Hr on W2 to $30.00/hour on W2
Job Description:
The Aircraft Painter B will perform exterior painting on 787 aircraft sections per customer design and livery requirements. Responsibilities include surface preparation, applying primers, paints, and finishes, and verifying quality. Candidates must be able to work at heights using fall protection equipment and complete mandatory training prior to assignment.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of painting experience (aircraft, automotive, or general) Ability to work at heights and complete Fall Protection Certification Willingness to work any assigned shift, including overnight and weekend shifts Ability to handle hazardous materials and follow OSHA safety protocols Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years aerospace painting experience
Physical Demands:
Occasional lifting (21-35 lbs), bending, crouching, climbing ladders Frequent overhead reaching, balancing, and standing/walking on uneven surfaces Exposure to noise, metals, plastics, and solvents Use of personal protective equipment (face, eyes, ears, hands, arms) Job and company information not to be copied, shared, scraped, or otherwise disseminated without explicit consent of JSfirm, LLC.
