• 22/hour, based on experience About the Role Cookeville Kitchen Sales is hiring a Cabinet Finisher to join our shop team. This is a fine finishing role
• think automotive-style paint work, not walls. If you've sprayed cars or done high-end finish work, that background translates extremely well here. If your paint experience is limited to interior or exterior latex/oil-based wall paint, that experience won't translate to what we do here. That said, experience isn't required
• if you have the right aptitude and a genuine desire to learn fine finishing, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do Prepare cabinet surfaces by sanding, cleaning, and priming as needed Apply stains, paints, lacquers, and finishes using HVLP spray guns and other techniques Inspect finished work for quality and make adjustments to hit the standard Maintain tools and equipment in good working order Work alongside the shop team with a positive, team-first attitude What You'll Need A strong eye for detail and a commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and a team-minded attitude Fine finishing or automotive paint experience is a plus — but we'll train the right person Ability to lift up to 75 lbs occasionally Compensation & Benefits $17
