Experienced Trailer Painter

Pack Mule Trailers is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Trailer Painter to join our manufacturing team. This role focuses on painting new trailers using industrial-grade coatings and delivering a high-quality finish that meets our production standards. If you have experience with mixing paint components, industrial or automotive painting, and working in a fast-paced shop environment , we want to hear from you. Knowledge of basic trailer wiring is a plus but not required. Responsibilities Prepare trailers and components for paint (cleaning, sanding, priming). Mix and apply multi-component paint systems according to specifications. Operate paint guns, spray systems, and related equipment safely and efficiently. Ensure consistent paint coverage, correct thickness, and professional finish. Maintain cleanliness of the paint booth and work area. Assist with minor assembly tasks when needed. Follow all safety guidelines and manufacturing processes. Assist in wiring and decking trailers as needed Requirements 1-2 years of experience in industrial, automotive, or equipment painting. Ability to mix paint components accurately (hardener, reducer, catalyst, etc.). Understanding of spray techniques, surface prep, and finish quality standards. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship. Reliable attendance and positive work attitude. Wiring knowledge is a plus , but not required.
