We're looking for an experienced Painter / Wood Finisher to join our manufacturing team in Northeast Austin. Responsibilities Prepare MDF, wood, and other materials for finishing by sanding, filling, and inspecting surfaces. Apply paints, stains, sealers, primers, and topcoats with consistent quality using spray equipment. Adjust coatings and spray equipment to ensure optimal finish quality. Inspect finished products for appearance and quality standards. Install hardware and accessories according to production specifications. Clean and maintain spray guns, tools, and finishing equipment. Follow all safety procedures and quality standards. Assist with additional woodworking and production tasks as assigned. Qualifications 1-2+ years of experience spraying finishes on wood products. 1-2+ years of woodworking, cabinet making, millwork, furniture manufacturing, or similar experience. Comfortable using common woodworking shop tools. Ability to read work instructions and follow detailed production specifications. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Reliable and dependable attendance. Ability to work independently after training. English required. Physical Requirements Frequently bend, stoop, kneel, reach, push, and pull. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Stand and walk throughout the workday. Wear appropriate PPE, including respirators or face masks when required. Schedule Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM 35-40 hours per week Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience. Paid major holidays. Free catered lunch every Thursday.
