ESSENTIAL JOB
FUNCTIONSPrepare tanks and metal components for painting (cleaning, sanding, masking, blasting)Apply industrial coatings using airless sprayers, rollers, and brushesInspect finished products to ensure quality, coverage, and proper thicknessOperate and maintain paint equipment, including airless sprayers and compressorsMove, stage, and rig tanks and materials as neededFollow work orders and material specifications accuratelyAssist with shipping, receiving, and packaging when requiredMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaFollow all safety policies and company procedures
JOB REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or equivalentExperience in industrial painting and/or sandblasting preferredAbility to operate airless paint sprayers requiredWarehouse or inventory experience a plusAbility to read and follow work orders and safety instructionsStrong attention to detail and manual dexterityBasic math and organizational skillsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a warehouse environmentAbility to safely operate forklifts or material-handling equipment
